Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator





The Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator will provide support to the program’s monitoring and evaluation activities.  Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

Overall Position Responsibilities:

-Maintaining school files and other documents, and data entry; 
-Knowledge in data entry on GEO MIS USAID system
-Printing/packaging M&E and other program materials for distribution to schools;
-Handling regular email/phone/written correspondence with school staff, consultants, and other partners; 
-Editing and formatting M&E documents in Arabic and English; 
-Conducting interviews with program beneficiaries; 
-Making graphs using Excel or other data management/analysis software; 
-Working with the other members of the M&E Department to analyze data;
-Arranging local travel and logistics for M&E activities. 
-Ensure proper maintenance of an archival system to document and preserve training materials, evaluation reports and surveys
-Prepare department updates and quarterly reports
-Assist in archiving data and information of relevance for periodic technical updates and the project’s quarterly reports 

Minimum Qualifications and Required Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 
-2-3 years of experience with M&E and/or data analysis;
-Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken);
-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel 
-Knowledge in SSP is also preferred
-Precise attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task; 
-Prior USAID experience (highly preferred) 
-Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
